Hello, I’m Loretta Barratt, a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in business, education, and leadership.  By the age of 24, I became the youngest financial sales manager at TSB Trust, and later established my own importing company, which thrived for 15 years.

Transitioning to education, I became a qualified teacher, rapidly advancing to Deputy Head and then Headteacher, as well as Strategic Advisor for Birmingham Local Authority, transforming underperforming schools into outstanding institutions. My expertise led to roles as an Ofsted Inspector and consultant for international education in Norway.

 Now, as a consultant to leaders in both business and education, I leverage my extensive experience to guide and inspire others to achieve excellence.
